Can we have more pool time?
You have dedicated 2h+2h of pool time per day, but if you need more we can work with you to make sure that your training camp fully meet your needs.
One our athlete / coach will arrive 2 days later. Is that ok?
Yes, and we can arrange a dedicated transport from the airport to the hotel for them.
One athlete was ill few days before the trip so he will not come. Is that fully refunded?
If 1 or 2 guests cannot participate in the training camp due to illness or any other unforeseen event, their whole payment will be refunded to the group leader during their stay.
If the number of absent guests exceeds 2, and the group still wishes to fully take advantage of the offered facilities, then our fix expenses calculated for the missing people will be deducted from the refund (cost of lanes, fee of guide, possible changes in rooming etc.). It will be settled with the group leader on the spot.
The refund guarantee does not apply to the reservation fee you paid upon ordering. If you cancel your trip less than 30 days before the agreed upon arrival date, then the refund guarantee will exclusively apply to the amount remaining after settling the costs of the ordered services (swimming pool, accommodation, etc.), and deducting the expenses incurred by TeamSportTour.
Should a meal or a training be omitted on arrival or departure day, its price is also refunded.
What happens if one of our athletes get unwell?
One of our team members will personally take athlete and dedicated coach/manager to the hospital and stay with them helping translating etc…
We have vegan, vegetarian and gluten free athlete. Is that ok?
When should we make a payment?
PAYMENT will be made 20% in advance for the reservation and the total the balance can be arranged when arriving.
In the case of unforeseen cancellations, you can arrange another camp with us within a year. Your deposit is not lost!
